Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Any person found to be under 21 years of age who has registered an account will have their account immediately suspended. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any bonuses or promotional credits received. 365jlpg takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with PAGCOR enforcement actions in this regard.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 365jlpg Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. 365jlpg employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended and all associated funds forfeited.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 365jlpg is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 365jlpg login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 365jlpg immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 365jlpg will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations and in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, 365jlpg may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may have withdrawal privileges suspended.
All deposits to your 365jlpg account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved Philippine payment channels. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 365jlpg does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

365jlpg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account termination for cause, 365jlpg reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any legitimate balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance (after deducting any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process.
